November is the month of Remembrance and we again are reminded of Ukraines Genocidal Famine known as Holodomor. Holodomor was perpetrated by the policies of Joseph Stalin in the years 1932-1933. During this short time millions of people, especially children, in Ukraine starved to death. The fourth Friday of November has been commemorated as the "Holodomor Memorial Day", therefore we ask you to remember these people who died in prayer.
St. Ann's remembered this solemn occasion on Friday November 24th to observe this horrific act.
